Ang and I walked over to Burger Theory in St. George, Utah, to enjoy some food and brews with the very few other people that go do things on Sundays in St. George. I really wanted to try the only local brewery here, so I ordered a Fresh And Juicy IPA by Silver Reef. This is possibly the lightest IPA I’ve ever had. It’s also not juicy. It was fresh, though? Look at that color...???!!! 🧐 I don’t want to hear excuses about it only being 4.2% - thanks, Utah! - because I’ve had world-beating IPAs that were less than 3%. It could have and should have been much better and much juicier and much tastier. I appreciate the effort and hope their beer gets better, and I do wanna try more if and when their tap room ever opens. This beer needs work, though. Also, swipe to see the soup of the day. 😂 Shouts out to the great staff at Burger Theory. 🙌🙌🙌 - Ryan at Burger Theory in St. George, Utah
