I’m cheating on my workout program with a baby beer on the weekend. 🤷♂️ Thrive here in Austin opened mid-pandemic, back in October, and they have created a spectacular space with a beer and food menu that are undeniably righteous AF. I will be here regularly once my stupid boot camp is over. Anyway, I went for some super-fresh SpintleTap on this go, a hefty double that 100% smells like a glass of grapefruit-orange juice. The Citra and Galaxy hit hard with the loosey juicy, while the Mosaic is the one of your three friends there to remind you that balance is a thing and that this beer should also taste like hoppy sex. Don’t worry, friend. I will be back soon to enjoy a full version of you. Big thanks to Zack (Zach?) and Griffin and the whole Thrive crew. My only suggestion is…more shady protection outside!
