Big ups to my boy Danny for bringing this insane 750 by Suarez Family Brewery over to Spain. Problem is, he seems to have forgotten that I’m not big on the funk. Big Night is listed as a saison/farmhouse, but I’m gonna put it all the way to the right of that since it’s definitely got bite that I’m not a fan of. I do understand this is considered a top-notch beer! And it tasted good! The dry-hopping at the end was nice.
