I’d honestly never even heard of Sun Lab before I stumbled upon this Mosaic IPA at a beer store in Chattanooga. When one sees a Mosaic IPA, one buys a Mosaic IPA. Them’s just the rules. And, while I do love the flavor on this, it was oh so, absolutely too subtle for me. I like my Mosaic like I like my S&M. Hardcore, flavorful, overwhelming, and with ambiguous safe words. - Ryan
