The craft beer bar. The non-brewery taproom. The random restaurant that serves independent beer. That's what this category is all about: Places we've gone that aren't breweries or our homes or other people's homes who may or may not know we're actually there. Just, places we mostly love and sometimes don't, that happen to serve up craft beer. Occasionally paired with good food, occasionally foodless and leaving us in drunk tailspins. We seek out places that have craft beer, because they not only respect the industry and the spirit of independence, but also because they usually care about quality and other things that matter in their establishments.
