The Bruery - Petit Mardi Oak-Aged Imperial Stout

The Bruery - Petit Mardi Oak-Aged Imperial Stout

I didn’t know I was gonna be drinking wine today, but here we are. 🍷 This oak-aged imperial stout is laced with Petit Sirah and Syrah grapes 🍇 and pours totally red with basically zero carbonation. It came corked, but that was removed very easily, so I’m not entirely sure if it’s supposed to have carb, or it was lost somewhere. 🤷‍♂️ Anyhow, I really liked the red wine dryness of the whole thing, and the full glass here is how much wine I would pour myself anyway, so all in all, I drank a wine imperial stout and I liked it. 💁🏻 I know I’m nowhere near qualified enough to give professional reviews of shit like this. 🚫 But, if you like red wine, you’ll like this. It’s f’n good. 😋 - Ryan
