The Time Out Market Chicago is GODLY. Especially for food nerds and people who don’t like waiters and people who like Chef Brian Fisher’s chicken Katsu sandwich (as shown). Thankfully, they had a freshie Pipeworks zest session collab on tappy tap (which was galdarn zestually refreshperf) because I was tempted by some of those craft cocktails, because I’m fancy like my friend Shawn. We also tried the Band Of Bohemia amber, and while I was told to prepare myself for the mystery, it tasted like an amber. So that’s nice. IF YOU HITTING CHICAGO ANYTIME SOON, hit Time Out Market and eat Brian’s food because it’s unbelievable and his brussels have cilantro and lime!?!?! WHAT! - Joel
