When one arrives at Urban Roots, one sees that flame ass badass wall. And one knows that shit’s gonna be real. Real good. Real sexy. Real scrumptious. Really inside my body. Their space is crazy fresh, with a big beer garden out front for all the distancing and evening-long chills with beers and BBQ. We stayed longer than we should have given the line outside, but it was also not as long as we should have because we only had 427 beers and that wasn’t enough. As it is with the pandemic and whatever else, merch I wanted eluded me, but I will survive. As long as I have more Urban Roots in my life. Sacramento, you got game. - Ryan
