WERK FORCE QUICK STOP! After taking some food babies to the belly at Sovereign, we popped into Werk Force and counted, no bullshit, FIFTEEN PUPPIES. Not sure why there were so many puppies, but my new rule for local breweries is “puppies and beer, it’s why we’re here.” I also did not take any pics of the puppies out of respect for them as sentient beings. Back off.
But hey, I only wanted to have a quick pop-in visit, so I bought a bomber and two samples and ended up vocally fawning over this milk stout called 11sies, because it was fucking delicious. And the DDH Formerly Known As (IPA) is even better than the original Formerly, but y’all probably assumed that and y’all assumed correctly. And, you know what happens when you assume? You drink beers from Werk Force and you end up being better looking and more socially accepted. And, PUPPIES! - Joel
