My dude Tooch said this was his favorite Westie to date. So I went into this mouth first with high hopes because, ask anyone who knows Tooch, Tooch is a dick about beer. My conclusion? It’s fucking delicious. Smooth and sweet and right up there with the piney perf perf of my dreams, this is definitely one of the best West Coast IPAs I’ve ever had. Tooch wasn’t lying.
